Service Coverage* – Pricing applies to standard water tanks up to 2000 liters. Larger tanks may have customized pricing.
Safety First – Our team follows safety measures & eco-friendly cleaning agents.
Hygiene Disclaimer – While we ensure best cleaning practices, tank hygiene also depends on timely service by the customer
Subscription Validity* – All plans must be availed within their validity period (monthly/annual). Unused services cannot be carried forward unless rescheduled in advance.
Rescheduling* – Allowed within 10 days of the scheduled cleaning.
Refund Policy* – Once a cleaning is completed, service charges are non-refundable.
Liability* – NeerTankwala is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing tank damage, water supply contamination, or external plumbing issues.
